Scope
Covers processing of pupil, guardian and staff personal data on the school's instructions, including nature, purpose, duration and categories of data subjects.
Obligations
Confidentiality, security measures, subprocessor notification, assistance with data subject rights and DPIAs, breach notification without undue delay, deletion or return on exit, and audit rights.
International transfers
Assessed per provider and documented in the subprocessor register.
