Terms of Service
ParentSignal terms of service for school customers.
Agreement
These terms govern the subscription agreement between ParentSignal Ltd and the school or trust customer. They are supplemented by the Data Processing Agreement.
Subscriptions
Monthly or annual billing via Stripe. Plan changes are prorated. On cancellation, configurable read-only access, exports and a contractual exit procedure apply. Historical records are never abruptly deleted for payment failure.
Acceptable use
The service must not be used to communicate unlawfully or to process special category data outside the controls provided.
