Privacy Notice
How ParentSignal processes personal data as a controller and as a processor for schools.
Roles
Schools are controllers for pupil and family data they instruct us to process; ParentSignal is the processor under an Article 28 agreement. ParentSignal is a controller for website visitor, lead and billing contact data.
Data we process
The default pupil dataset is minimal: name, year group, class and communication permissions. We do not collect detailed medical or safeguarding information unless a feature legitimately requires it with suitable controls.
Your rights
Parents should direct subject access requests to their school. Contact dpo@parentsignal.com for data we control.
Children's code
We assess the applicability of the ICO Children's code to any service where we independently determine processing purposes.
