Can class teachers draft announcements for office approval?

Yes. Role-based permissions allow teachers to draft class updates while restricting whole-school or urgent broadcasts to authorised staff.

Is delivery guaranteed?

No provider can guarantee delivery. Schools should retain their emergency communication procedures.

Do you score or rank parents on engagement?

No. Reports focus strictly on operational follow-up such as undeliverable contacts and outstanding forms.
