What matters most

Relevant features

One inbox that identifies the school and child for every message, with filters for unread and action-required items.

An installable progressive web app with an action centre showing exactly what each parent needs to do.

Prepaid meal wallets with an immutable ledger, FSM and UIFSM handled with dignity, pre-ordering and daily kitchen exports.

Link a payment item to a consent form. Parents give permission and pay in one flow while staff track both statuses distinctly.

Verified guardians maintain authorised collector lists and log same-day changes before a cut-off. Teachers see a live dismissal board.

Log a reading entry in under 15 seconds. Track weekly class targets and let teachers batch-acknowledge.

Common questions

To protect children's privacy, only the school can link a guardian to a pupil using a verified, single-use invitation.

Accessible by design

All workflows meet WCAG 2.2 AA, support keyboard-only use and work without hover interaction — for staff and for families.
